How do I cancel & close my account?

Note: Members with a registered Sesame Cash card will need to first close the card before following the membership cancellation steps below.

Free Credit Sesame Members

To cancel your free Credit Sesame membership:

1.  Use a web browser to visit creditsesame.com and log in to your account.

2.  Go to the Account Settings section of your profile.

3.  On the bottom of the page, click on the Delete Account button and follow the prompt to confirm.

Premium Credit Sesame Members

Members with a premium subscription will first need to discontinue their paid subscription before closing the Credit Sesame account. 

• Visit the Premium Plan section of your Account Settings page.  Click on "Cancel Premium Plan" and follow the prompt to confirm.
• If you're subscribed through an in-app purchase plan (Apple iTunes or Google Play), you must manage your subscription directly through your app store.

Your premium subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle, after which you can visit our My Account page to close your Credit Sesame account.
