How do I remove inaccurate information on my credit report?

I already sent comment that I trade it my 2013 for a 2014 and paid the 2014 off in the next 6 months or kia paid it off cuz I had insurance on it and it got totaled they have never written it off I guess the one on Shelbyville road in Louisville Kentucky
