Why is the system not accepting my address?

In order to get the best possible match rate with your credit file, we check your mailing address against the U.S. Post Office database and verify that it is formatted properly. If your address is not recognized, it is possible that you may not be properly formatting the address or it may not be registered with the U.S. Post Office. If you use a PO Box for your mail, please provide your PO box instead of your residential address.

If you continue to experience issues with the formatting of your address, you can check your official address on the USPS site here. Once you get the proper formatting of your address, you can enter it into the address fields exactly as the result from the Post Office’s site.
