How to reset your password
To reset your password, visit our password reset page and enter the email address that's connected to your Credit Sesame account. You'll receive an email to change your password (please allow a couple of minutes for it to arrive to your inbox). When you receive the message, click on the link inside and follow the prompts to choose a new password.
Not receiving password reset email
If it's been a few minutes and you haven't received a password reset email, it's possible that the message is held up by your email provider. Be sure to check your spam folder, or search all other folders of your email account. If you're still experiencing an issue with password resets, please use our Contact Member Support form.
