How to reset your password
To reset your password, visit our password reset page and enter the email address associated with your Credit Sesame account. We will then send you a password reset email to that email address. Open your email and click on the password reset link, answer a security question and you'll then be able to create a new password.
Not receiving password reset email
If you are not receiving a password reset email it is possible that the email may be held up by your email provider. Be sure to check your spam folder of your email account. If you are still unable to receive the password reset email or experiencing other password reset issues, please Contact Member Support Form.
Credit Sesame account is associated with another email address
You cannot have two Credit Sesame accounts. If you are trying to create a new account with a new email address, you will be blocked at registration. To solve this problem, you should try to access that account using your original email address and original password. Once you are able to access that account, you can change the email address associated with the account on the profile page.
Can't access email associated with your Credit Sesame account
To do so, please use the Contact Member Support Form and select “I need help managing my existing Credit Sesame account” from the drop-down and include your full name and birthday in the description section of the form.
