Credit approval and Covid
Will creditors, loan companies, and landlords ease restrictions on credit approval after Covid 19 is over to help those whose credit report holds them back from being able to do much as rent a mobile home?( Ex Husband/father of my 6 kids trashed my credit over a decade).

Hi Crystal Sanger. There is no way of predicting how lenders and landlords will act in the future. We do know that Congress is currently discussing a program that will directly address your concern. Meanwhile, it is always a good practice to do the things that keep your credit score up, such as paying your bills on time (even if it is just the minimum payment) and using whatever credit you have as little as possible. If you are having a tough time, we suggest calling your lender and/or landlord to make special arrangements. Most lenders and landlords are making great efforts to help people during this time, but you do need to reach out to them. Best of luck to you and stay safe.
