I loaded money from my bank, why isn't it in my account yet?

When loading funds using the Linked Bank Transfer method, your funds will not appear in your Sesame Cash account right away. Average wait time is 2-3 business days. We are currently working on giving users the ability to see a pending load, and hope to have it available soon!

Please remember to only initiate the amount you want to load once. If you try multiple times to load, funds will be pulled from your bank account for each attempt.
