Why an Account May Not Appear

Account and balance information in your Credit Sesame account is sourced directly from your TransUnion credit report. Not all lenders report to every credit bureau, so it is possible that your bank or creditor does not report to TransUnion.

If you recently opened an account, please note that it can take 60 to 90 days for new accounts to appear on your credit report.

Disputing Credit Report Errors

If you believe there is inaccurate information on your TransUnion credit report, you should file a dispute directly with TransUnion. You can do this through their website or by calling 800-916-8800.
