Why is it impossible to speak with any customer support representative for any of their products? I have tried 4 different ways of contacting them, but keep getting led in circles. The only way to find out about my direct deposit from my employer is by email?? How is that acceptable? And how do I speak with someone directly? My entire paycheck just went to this account that I do jot have a card for, yet, and I can't speak with anyone regarding my account? Also, I couldn't see 24/7 help options, unless I subscribe, when my whole paycheck was just sent here?!?
