Adding a bank account to my sesame cash account

I added my bank account to my sesame cash account through plaid after a rigorous verification process then tried to fund my account only to receive an email to send sesame cash a recent pdf of my drivers license front and back for further verification I did now I can't even get into my sesame cash profile. Is this the normal procedure or should I be worried about scammers and freeze my credit and social security number?

  Don’t freeze your socials yet, recently credit sesames server has been fluctuating. It’s happened to me before, but it got cleared after a while with some credit professionals synod@tutanota.com
