I meet all the requirements for the 3rd economic payment. So where is it?

Here’s my timeline: First economic payment went direct deposit to the bank account where I filed my 2018 taxes because at that time, I had not yet filed my 2019 taxes. I filed my 2019 taxes with direct deposit, however my second economic payment came paper check by mail. I still have not found the reason why it came by mail, especially since I receive Social Security survivor benefits in that same direct deposit account every month. I filed my 2020 Federal taxes on 03/13 with the same direct deposit bank account. I have not received my third economic payment as of yet. The “get my payment” tool shows “payment status not available”. My AGI in 2019 was about $26,000. My AGI for 2020 is $1,850. So, if anyone has any insight please, share. The only two thoughts lingering in the back of my mind as to the delay are; I filed my state return just this morning (3/19) and also my direct deposit account is under our business name. However, that shouldn’t be the culprit because I received 2019 tax refund in that same account as well as Social Security beneficiary payments every month for over a year now. So again anyone have any insight for me? Or is the IRS really just that busy and I am the bottom of the pot? Hey, someone needs to be on the bottom, right?!
