Angry & confused

I've been with this company going on 1 year now and I still haven't received my card, the first excuse was because of the pandemic and I understand that, since I can't even reach them and there online support and whatever else haven't answered anything for me. It's frustrating because I'm out of a job and living in one of the most expensive cities in America, San Francisco. Here's the issue, my stimulus check has been sitting in my credit sesame account since January 4 and I have no way using this much needed money without my card. Any suggestions?
