Second stimulus payment

Will I qualify for a second stimulus check if I received the first one through direct deposit based only off my 2018 taxes, I am not filing 2019/2020 taxes but didn't fill out the non filers form in 2020 because at the time it was only if you weren't filing in both 2018 and 2019 so I didn't need to submit it. Now it's looks like they are only sending checks based off 2019? I can't find a direct answer for this. Thanks in advance.
