A Credit Repair True Story!

Greetings All. Wishing all a Merry Christmas and or Happy Holidays (whichever applies). I was in a disastrous situation/relationship(if you want to call it that - um a relationship). Anyway, about 2 years ago. I had a credit score between 450 and 490. I had about 6 accounts to pay off. All were either in collections or listed derogatory on missed payments. I had been offered help from a couple credit repair companies. I did it for a few months with either little results or no results. So, I decided to do it myself. I did alot of reading and chose the snowball method (pay lowest debt off and work up to paying biggest debt off). As I stated above I had a credit score of 450 to 490 (between all 3 credit reporting agencies). In 2 years I've went from there to 622 to 644 (again between the 3). Have 3 credit cards, a loan and an installment credit card, all with on time, no missed or late payments. I have only one debt to pay off and plan on knocking it out before July 2021. My goal is to reach in the 700's and buy a home in 2021/2022. If I can do this, so can anyone else! Sincerely, Prince Alarming
