Looking for Your Sesame Cash Routing and Account Number?
There are 2 ways to retrieve your routing and account number:
1. Credit Sesame App:
Open the app and tap the Cash tab, then tap the Settings icon in the top right corner. Under Transfer Money, tap either “Load Payroll” or “Direct Deposit” to see your routing and account numbers.
2. Mail (when you receive your physical card):
When you receive your physical card in the mail, the bottom half of the mailer includes your routing and account numbers.

I have my card and have used it. I'd like to set up a direct deposit but I can't find my account number. I don't have the paperwork that came with the card. I can't find the settings icon but I do get the transfer money button. When I tap it it wants me to connect a bank account. It isn't giving me options for anything else.

Hi Beatrice Sutherland, If you do not have the bottom half of the mailer that includes your routing and account number, you will need to open the app and tap the Cash tab, then tap the Settings icon in the top right corner. Under Transfer Money, tap either “Connect Payroll” or “Direct Deposit” to see your routing and account numbers.
