I haven received my epi payment the portal says not eligible not enough info .I'd like to know what I need to do for a straight answer.

  Hi Kelley Liberty. That sounds really frustrating. Unfortunately, since Credit Sesame is not affiliated with the IRS, all we can do is direct you to the IRS portal. Other than that, if you don't receive payment, we suggest talking to your tax preparer, as you might be able to take it as a credit against money owed for 2020 taxes. We hope this helps.
