We recommend that you first check with the app store to make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of the Credit Sesame app before you proceed. If you do have the most current version of the app, we recommend that you log into your account via the website to make sure there is no technical issue with your account. If you can log into the website and you have the most current version of the app and you're still experiencing difficulty, we recommend that you fully delete the app and re-download the app and log in using your email and password.
