Email Preferences
Log into your account and visit the Notification Settings page to change your communication preferences.
- For applicable emails you have received, the option to adjust your preferences can be selected in the email footer.
Unsubscribe from SMS (text message) alerts
You can unsubscribe from SMS (text message) alerts by replying with "STOP" to the text message.
Membership Related Emails
Certain account emails, such as service-related messages, are required for your ongoing membership to Credit Sesame. If you want to eliminate all emails, including these account essential emails, you may cancel your Credit Sesame account by logging into your account and clicking the “Terminate” button under your profile settings page. Keep in mind that once you terminate your Credit Sesame account, you will no longer be able to log into your account and your account information will be deleted.
