Credit Sesame thinks you should be in control of the types of email that you receive. Click here and log into your account to change your communication preferences on our alerts page.
How to unsubscribe from an email
You can also change your email preferences from any non-account related email without logging into your account by clicking on the unsubscribe links at the bottom of the email.
How to unsubscribe from SMS (text message) alerts
You can unsubscribe from SMS (text message) alerts by replying with "STOP" to the text message.
Membership Related Emails
Transactional emails are sent and related to your ongoing membership to Credit Sesame. Because these emails are account related, they cannot be unsubscribed from. If you want to eliminate all emails, including these account essential emails, you may deactivate your Credit Sesame account by logging into your account and clicking “deactivate”under your profile page. Keep in mind that once you deactivate your Credit Sesame account, you will no longer be able to log into your account and your account information will be deleted.
